Grapefruit diet receipt

Background: A month ago, I got this "grapefruit diet receipt" from my mom, and we decided to experiment with it. Method: I followed the receipt below for 2 weeks, not very strictly though (because of the "14-day tea-marathon" in my office) Result: I did take off 5 pounds while following the receipt, but I re-gained the lost weight after returning to a normal diet. Future work: To figure out this - 5 Essential Weight Loss Foods ----------8<--------------------------------------- Diet receipt from hospital (so they say) If you follow this diet receipt, in 2.5 months, you can lose 52 pounds. Eat according to this receipt for consecutive 12 days, stop for 2 day. If necessary, repeat this schedule. Except the grapefruit for lunch or dinner, you may eat any amount of food listed on this receipt until you are full. Breakfast: - 1/2 grapefruit (or juice) no sugar - 2 eggs (any cooking method) - 2 slices of bacon Lunch: - 1/2 grapefruit (or juice) no sugar - salad (any sauce) - meat (any cooking method) Dinner: - 1/2 grapefruit (or juice) no sugar - meat (any cooking method, prefer fish) - EITHER Green/red vegetables OR salad (any sauce) If necessary, you may drink 1 cup of low-caffeine coffee or mild tea Snacks: 1 cup of tomato juice OR skim-milk Detailed instructions:
  1. Don't deduct any food from the receipt, especially bacon or salad, because the diet receipt relies on the chemical effects produced by a particular food mix to burn fat. Grapefruit is very important - the key for fat burning, and thus cannot be omitted.
  2. Take less coffee, because this would affect the pancreas and slow down the fat-burning process.
  3. Don't eat or drink anything not listed on this receipt (except water). You shouldn't be feeling hungry if you follow this diet receipt.
  4. No desserts, no bread
  5. Vegetables exclude: white vegetables, sweet potato, potato, white onion, and celery. Vegetables include: red chili, carrots, onion (red or green), tomato, brocolli, radish, 青瓜, cucumber, white cabbage, iceberg cabbage, spinach.
Note: You may eat any kind of meat, salad, and vegetables. You may also cook them with butter, but absolutely no sugar, starch, or any fat-producing food. Result: The receipt above could help you reduce 10 pounds in 10 days. Under normal circumstances, you will observe weight reduction on the 1st day, but you will take off 5 pounds on the 5th day, and every 1/2 pound every 2 days, and so on.
