Grapefruit diet receipt
Background:
A month ago, I got this "grapefruit diet receipt" from my mom, and we decided to experiment with it.
Method:
I followed the receipt below for 2 weeks, not very strictly though (because of the "14-day tea-marathon" in my office)
Result:
I did take off 5 pounds while following the receipt, but I re-gained the lost weight after returning to a normal diet.

If you follow this diet receipt, in 2.5 months, you can lose 52 pounds.
Eat according to this receipt for consecutive 12 days, stop for 2 day. If necessary, repeat this schedule. Except the grapefruit for lunch or dinner, you may eat any amount of food listed on this receipt until you are full.
Breakfast:
- 1/2 grapefruit (or juice) no sugar
- 2 eggs (any cooking method)
- 2 slices of bacon
Lunch:
- 1/2 grapefruit (or juice) no sugar
- salad (any sauce)
- meat (any cooking method)
Dinner:
- 1/2 grapefruit (or juice) no sugar
- meat (any cooking method, prefer fish)
- EITHER Green/red vegetables OR salad (any sauce)
